Tioxide Materials Ltd is seeking a Site Capital Controller to coordinate and oversee capital projects spend, governance, and cost reporting across the full lifecycle. You will report to the Site Financial Controller and deliver accurate monthly and annual financial progress, forecasts, asset tracking and fixed-asset registers.

The role supports 2 days per week remote work and is based at the Greatham site. It requires strong project control experience, SAP competence and the ability to work with

• Experience in project control tools and methodologies.
• Competence in SAP.
• Excellent financial business acumen and numeracy.
• Familiarity with Excel and Powerpoint.
• 5+ years of capital project delivery in engineering/manufacturing with governance and reporting.
• Excellent influencing skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update the Tioxide Project Process / Capex processes.
• Ensure alignment with EHS and Finance processes.
• Drive Continuous Improvement relating to capital project delivery tools, systems and processes.
• Develop annual capital budget with senior management and allocate to categories.
• Develop 3–5 year Capex plans aligned to Asset Care Plans.
• Create Capital Expenditure (CER) forms and secure timely approvals per DOA.
• Submit project closure forms and maintain project lifecycle in SAP.
• Monitor capital spend monthly via SAP and review forecasts with Project Managers.
• Prepare material for the monthly capital reports.
• Ensure formal Gate Reviews for major projects (Gate 3, etc.).
• Conduct Post Investment Reviews (PIRs) at project closure.
• Review CERs for compliance with Investment Case, Benefits, Risks, and resource constraints.
• Provide training on SAP and best practice capital management tools.
