Solution Search Limited - Civils & Rail is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to head-up a £7m earthworks and drainage scheme on an RAF Base near Swindon. Working from site offices, you will liaise with the Client Commercial Team, manage CVRs, cost reporting, and payment applications.

The role requires an HNC in Quantity Surveying and solid civil engineering experience within a main contracting environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying.
• Solid civil engineering experience in a main contracting environment.
• Site-based role with 1–2 days working from home when the scheme is in full flow.

Aufgaben

• Liaise with Client Commercial Team on CVRs and cost reporting.
• Prepare applications for payments and manage compensation events.
• Site-based duties with occasional home working when the scheme is active.
