IQVIA’s Medicines Evaluation Unit (MEU) in Manchester seeks a Senior Clinical Coordinator to lead site activation through close-out. You’ll work with a large, multidisciplinary team to drive study delivery, enrolment, and regulatory compliance, ensuring timely data capture and quality.

You will partner with CRAs, the sponsor, and the clinical administration team to monitor timelines, resolve enrolment queries, and support continuous process improvements in a fast-paced hospital-based research

Qualificações

• 2 years of relevant work experience in a clinical or medical setting or 2–3 years in clinical research.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with MS Windows and Office applications (Outlook, Word).
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to collaborate with coworkers, managers, and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate clinical study activities from site activation to close-out with the study team.
• Monitor study timelines and performance, adapting strategies with the Study Recruiter.
• Maintain real-time tracking of subject results and study data items with the Clinical Administration team.
• Collaborate with CRAs during site initiation, monitoring and closeout to ensure protocol adherence and data integrity.
• Support participant enrolment and randomisation, especially during early study delivery.
• Identify and report protocol deviations and support CAPA with data management and staff training.
