Job summary

IQVIA UK is seeking two Senior CRAs to lead on-site monitoring and site management for multiple studies. You will ensure study conduct aligns with protocol, GCP, and sponsor requirements while fostering strong site relationships.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years on-site monitoring experience, a science/healthcare degree, and solid English communication. The role is based in Manchester with a focus on timely recruitment and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or health care.
• At least 2 years of on-site monitoring experience.
• Solid knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage site relationships and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform site monitoring visits including initiation, visits, and close-out.
• Drive and track subject recruitment to support project needs.
• Administer protocol training and maintain regular site communication.
• Evaluate site practices for protocol compliance and quality.
• Track regulatory submissions, enrollments, CRF completion, and data queries.
• Maintain TMF and ISF filings per regulatory requirements.
• Generate site visit reports and follow-up documentation.
• Collaborate with study team for project execution.
• Support development of site recruitment plans and budgets where applicable.
