Site Based Project Manager Manchester Fit Out - GBP60,000 - GBP70,000 & Package

I am recruiting for a Site Based Project Manager to control fit out and refurbishment projects. This is a strategic appointment due to repeat business with one of the leading fit out and construction contractors in the UK.

My client is a North West based fit out and refurbishment contractor operating on a nationwide basis. They are strengthening their existing team and require a Site Based Project Manager.

You will work with a management team of 2 to 4 people, depending on project size, with projects ranging from GBP1,000,000 to GBP (phone number removed). You should have a proven track record of delivering city centre projects.

You will have a collaborative management style and be a constant presence on site, liaising with Site Managers and reporting to the visiting Operations Manager. Building close relationships with Designers, Commercial Teams, Clients, and your team is essential.

Projects include:

• Retail fit out
• Cut and carve
• Values from GBP1,000,000 to GBP (phone number removed)
• Department stores

Candidate requirements:

• Proven ability to control projects up to GBP (phone number removed)
• Experience in Fit out & Refurbishment
• Construction background
• Ability to build strong working relationships
• Experience managing teams of up to 3 Site Managers
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certifications
• Joinery background (ideally)
• Structured career history
• Contactable references
