Job summary

The Piping Hydrotest Supervisor will coordinate all site pressure testing activities at Hinkley Point C, site based, supervising subcontractor personnel to ensure work is performed safely, on schedule and to the required quality and technical standards.

You will oversee test packages, verify procedures and controls, maintain thorough documentation, and liaise with engineering and site management to resolve issues. Fluent English is essential, with strong piping and power plant systems knowledge.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in site construction execution and supervision of subcontractors.
• Experience managing prefabrication subcontractors.
• General knowledge of power plant systems.
• Strong knowledge and experience within the piping discipline.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractor personnel and ensure works are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate and oversee the preparation and completion of pressure test packages.
• Ensure test procedures are correctly implemented and followed on site.
• Liaise with engineering and site management to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain as-built documentation and ensure quality records are completed.
