Job summary

Pertemps TM in London is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of a large, site-based facilities contract in West Brompton.

You will lead an on-site team of around 10 engineers and support staff, acting as the main client contact and ensuring safety, KPI delivery, and profitability while maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in contract or facilities management within building services or hard FM environments.
• Experience managing and developing an engineering team.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contract profitability.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good IT and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Contract & Operational Management: manage day-to-day delivery and performance of the contract.
• Team Management: lead an on-site team of around 10 engineers and support staff.
• Client & Contractor Management: be the main client contact and manage relationships.
• Commercial Management: manage contract costs, profitability and performance.
• Compliance & H&S: ensure health & safety compliance and safe working practices.
• Key Performance Areas: monitor KPI performance, team engagement, client satisfaction, profitability, and safety.
