Job summary
CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Site based Maintenance Electrician for a leading FM service provider in the Morpeth area, Northumberland. The role covers repair, maintenance and installation of electrical systems across on-site communal areas to ensure safe and efficient operation.
The ideal candidate will hold City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation and the 18th Edition, with FM experience.
Qualifications
- Qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- Previous FM industry experience.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
- Willing to undergo high security vetting checks with a clean criminal record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Carry out repairs, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems on site.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently and safely.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with current regulations and safety standards.
- Support wider maintenance teams to maintain smooth facility operations.
