Job summary

Battersea Power Station is seeking a Residential Experience Manager to operate onsite at the Battersea Power Station site. You will coordinate estate-wide resident matters, ensuring timely resolution across Operations, Property Management, and other teams while keeping residents informed and engaged.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property, resident services, hospitality, estate management or a comparable multi-stakeholder service environment.
• Demonstrable experience coordinating complex issues involving several teams or service providers.
• Strong resident or customer communication skills, including managing expectations during delays, incidents or service disruption.
• Experience using a case-management, CAFM or similar system to record, track and report requests.
