  • Supporting mechanical maintenance where needed
  • Taking ownership of planned maintenance tasks and improvement projects
  • Using a CMMS to track stock and schedule tasks
  • Contributing to the installation and upgrade of equipment and systems
  • Supporting and guiding apprentices and less experienced engineers
  • Ensuring all work is completed with a strong focus on health & safety

The Person

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (HNC) OR experience equivalent
  • Knowledge of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Experience as a site-based electrical engineer in a fast-paced manufacturing/print environment
  • Strong fault-finding abilities, ideally including PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Health & safety aware and proactive in a continuous improvement environment

Salary & Benefits

  • A salary of £46,180
  • A modern and dynamic working environment
  • Excellent work/life balance – minimum of one full week off per month
  • 6.6 weeks annual leave
  • Occupational sick pay and medical cover
