Job summary

Rogers McHugh is seeking a Project Manager for hotel-focused extensions, conversions and new builds. You will spend four days a week on site with one day in the office, managing multiple projects and coordinating subcontractors to keep programmes on track and budgets under control.

Ideal candidates have main contracting experience in construction, handling projects from £1m to £12m, including hotel or leisure schemes. Location: near Bury St Edmunds; permanent role with strong career prospects.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager in construction, ideally within main contracting.
• Managed projects in the £1m to £12m range.
• Coordinate subcontractors, manage programmes and budgets.
• Experience on hotel, leisure or similar schemes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hotel projects focusing on extensions, conversions and new build schemes.
• Spend most time on site (four days a week) with one day in the office.
• Oversee one project at a time, or two for larger/smaller schemes depending on size.
• Keep projects on track by managing subcontractors, driving programme and ensuring quality.
