Job DescriptionSite-Based Cleaning Manager - Bristol, BS2 Area
Pay Rate - £15.69 Per Hour
Working Hours: 9.30am - 17.30pm (40 hours per week)


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site-Based Cleaning Manager to oversee all cleaning operations at our multi storey office building. You will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning staff, ensuring the site meets the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation at all times.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage day-to-day cleaning operations across the site.




  • Supervise and support a team of cleaning operatives, including scheduling, training, and performance management.




  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards and specifications are consistently met.




  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.




  • Order and manage cleaning supplies and equipment within budget.




  • Liaise with site stakeholders and clients to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.




  • Handle any cleaning-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally.




  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, cleaning checklists, incidents, and inspections.




  • Implement and maintain cleaning schedules, deep cleans, and periodic tasks.




  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new cleaning staff when required.





Qualifications & Experience:



  • Proven experience in a managerial cleaning role.




  • Knowledge of COSHH, Health & Safety, and cleaning best practices.




  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.




  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.




  • Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting purposes.
