The Role:

You will be responsible for general building fabric maintenance and including PPMs, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating etc, within a healthcare facility in Chester.

The Person:

It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role.

The normal working week is 40 hours, Monday to Friday 14.00 - 22.00

The Salary:

Salary is £30,720 + OT + 25 days holiday and 3%/5% pension
