A leading educational organization is seeking a Site Assistant for West Coventry Academy. The role involves supporting maintenance and health and safety needs, with a focus on student welfare. Candidates should be passionate and motivated, with training provided to enhance skills in a supportive environment.

As a Site Assistant, you will have a positive approach to planned and reactive site duties to support all school maintenance needs and health and safety requirements. You will have an understanding of general maintenance work, site security, cleaning, health and safety, and safeguarding; however, training will be provided. You will join a growing Operations and Estates team, who will support you in your role and development.
