About the Role:

Our client is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Site Agent with a solid background in civil projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on health & safety, environmental standards, and delivering high-quality work.

Requirements:

  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
  • Proven experience on civil engineering projects.
  • In-depth understanding of industry legislation and regulations.
  • Effective communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and high-performance standards.
