You will be joining a fast-growing civil engineering contractor operating in the water industry. This multi-accredited design and build contractor specialises in the delivery of infrastructure solutions within the water sector and has a strong pipeline of work with Severn Trent Water. They offer excellent career progression prospects and, due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Site Agent to join their delivery team.

This is a full-time permanent position based in the Nottingham, Derby and Leicester areas.

Your new role

As Site Agent, your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing day-to-day site operations
2. Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies
3. Reporting progress to key project stakeholders
4. Managing construction activities
5. Coordinating and supervising subcontractors
6. Maintaining budgets and schedules

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you must have:

• Previous experience in civil works within the water (clean or waste) industry in a site management capacity
• CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental policies
• Ability to manage construction activities and coordinate subcontractors
• Full UK driving licence
