Qualifications

• Formation en Santé et Sécurité en cours.
• Formation de niveau supérieur requise.

Responsibilities

• Programmer et superviser les activités quotidiennes sur le site.
• Gérer les finances des projets, y compris le suivi des coûts.
• Assister le manager des opérations avec les dossiers et les autorisations.
• Participer aux réunions avec le client et les partenaires contractuels.

Site Agent Role - Livingston, Scotland

As a Site Agent, you will be based out of our client’s Scottish office in Livingston, providing operational and management input on sewer investigation and repair projects throughout the greater Central Belt. This role is ideal for a Site Agent looking to offer technical support to the site team and oversee specialized engineering services in a streetworks environment.

Our client is a Tier 1 Contractor specializing in no-dig engineering services, pipeline investigation, and repair in the utility sector. Due to major contract awards in Scotland, they are seeking to appoint a Site Agent to work with the Civil Contracting partner and stakeholders to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program daily activities and monitor and order materials in a timely manner.
2. Assist the Operations Manager with site records, RAMS, and permits.
3. Attend meetings with the Client and contracting partners, contributing to the planning and delivery of the work program, with a customer-focused approach.
4. Manage project finances, including tracking costs, preparing weekly reports, and assisting with monthly valuations and cost control measures.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in civil engineering projects; utility sector experience is preferred but not essential.
• Third-level degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Streetworks, Health, Safety, and Environmental training will be provided.
