Job summary

Mackenzie Construction Limited is seeking a Site Agent (Structural Refurbishment) to manage multiple construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery in line with project objectives.

You will work closely with the Contracts Manager, Project Manager, and site staff, applying company procedures, RAMS, ITPs, and Quality controls to achieve optimal commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple sites safely and productively.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and quality control.
• Experience coordinating with project teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for running multiple sites at any one time.
• Ensuring that sites always remain safe and productive.
• Recording accurate site records of works done and resources used.
• Maintaining regular communication with the Project Manager on site progress.
• Ensure RAMS remains relevant onsite and are reviewed as required.
• Identify scope change onsite and escalate as required.
