Sub Contractor Running the civils package on a rail station job - Large car park job - PTS NOT NEEDED

My Client is a contracting company who undertake Civil Engineering Projects.

The company is currently growing year on year and has recently taken on multiple Civils Infrastructure projects, including a car park job in Darlaston near Walsall.

Due to new projects, my Client is now looking for a new Site Manager/Agent to work in Darlaston.

The Role

The Site Agent will have previous experience in Civils and structures.

The Site Agent will be responsible for managing the construction site, especially overseeing multiple subcontractors, to ensure project delivery aligns with customer objectives.

The Site Agent will also be responsible for maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact, and cost control within their section of the project.

• Suitably Qualified by Experience
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• Relevant industry qualification (HND/HNC/BEng or equivalent)
• Must have previous Civils Infrastructure Project Experience
