Job Description

This freelance (OUTSIDE IR35) role involves working as a Site Agent / Site Manager for a project upgrading civil, mechanical, electrical, control, and instrumental infrastructure at the National Gas Offtake in Dunham Massey. The site is a live, fenced, critical national infrastructure site.

The successful candidate will oversee civil works including RC pad foundations, grouting, gullies, drainage, ducting, and external works, primarily managing program, H&S, and QA. The package is subcontracted to experienced teams, with a focus on maintaining project timelines and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of health, safety, and environment, updating the programme of works, liaising with trusted subcontractors, managing materials, and maintaining accurate daily records.

Essential qualifications include SMSTS certification and First Aid at Work.
