Site Agent - £65k-£75k + Comprehensive Package

Role: Site Agent (Permanent, Full-Time - 45 hrs/week)

Salary: £65k-£75k + Full Benefits Package

TRIbuild Solutions are hiring a Site Agent on behalf of our client - a leading civil engineering and infrastructure specialist with over 40 years of experience across water, transport, built environment, and energy sectors.

The Role:

We're looking for an experienced Site Agent to manage the construction and delivery of various projects, ensuring high standards of health, safety, quality, and cost control. You'll work closely with the Contracts Manager, Project Manager, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the specified quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee successful delivery of civil and water projects.
2. Manage project programmes and produce 2-week lookaheads.
3. Ensure commercial performance and maximise project value.
4. Produce and implement Project Plans, RAMS, ITPs, and Waste Management Plans.
5. Lead site meetings, maintain accurate records, and produce reports.
6. Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
7. Manage subcontractors and site resources effectively.
8. Drive value engineering and continuous improvement on site.
