Site Agent - Civil Engineering & Utilities Contractor

Overview

SSA is recruiting for a Site Agent to join a leading Civil Engineering & Utilities contractor working on the Strategic Pipeline Alliance for Anglian Water. This project involves creating hundreds of kilometres of new, interconnecting pipelines to help combat climate change and ensure the flow of clean water across the Anglian Water region.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage day-to-day site operations.
  2. Ensure construction complies with health & safety standards, remains within budget, and adheres to the project timeline.
  3. Liaise with internal teams to plan and schedule construction and installation works.
  4. Manage plant, materials, and site labour.
  5. Coordinate with subcontractors.
  6. Lead site meetings to discuss resources, timelines, and budgets.
  7. Contribute to work planning and briefings for project teams, contractors, and suppliers.
  8. Oversee project handover processes.
