Qualifications

• Lead site supervision and coordination of subcontractors.
• Experience with NEC3 contracts and delivering to programme.
• Strong QA/documentation discipline and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site team supervision, including subcontractors
• Monitor site activities against target programmes and site planning
• Ensure adequate records are maintained per JGL IMS (QA docs, daily diaries, as-built drawings)
• Prepare and deliver daily site briefings
• Monitor works to meet Works Specification and safety standards
• Attend site meetings
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors (early warnings, instructions)
• Ensure compliance with SHEQ standards
• Produce site documentation (RAMS and ITPs)
• Ensure compliance with ITPs
• Collaborate with the Client's team
