Job SummaryAs the GRAHAM business continues to grow and develop, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Site Agent to work on a major Highways development that we have in Oxfordshire.
The successful candidate will have a wide and varied remit making full use of their experience and skills.
Job Description
The Site Agent shall:Undertake the management and mentoring of Site Engineers and Section EngineersSupport the Project Manager in driving forward the construction phase of the projectLiaise with the Project Manager to manage, control and allocate all project resourcesSupport the Project Manager in planning the construction phase of the projectCompile and review work package plans and other management plansSupport the Project Manager to deliver project within programme and budgetWork closely with the Planning department to obtain accurate and reliable programme dataMonitor and report on contractual requirementsManage and monitor subcontractors and supplier relationshipsCommunicate with commercial staff to ensure records are prepared in a timely fashionEnsure all Health and Safety procedures are being complied withImplementing and attending weekly and monthly site meetingsCompile daily activity briefings and complete site diary as requiredAssist in Managing Quality & Environmental plans on siteEnsure work is delivered in accordance with the specificationAssist with preparing project close-out reportWork to the Graham IMSTake part in and promote a Safety Culture with the entire site teamThis job description is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for the Site Agent and the range of duties to be undertaken.
