Job summary

IPS is seeking a Site Agent for a tunnelling and shaft project in Rugby. The role covers 6m and 4m shafts with 1200mm hand drives, on a contract of approximately 18 weeks starting in October. Strong site leadership and tunnelling experience are essential, with utilities or water sector exposure preferred.

SMSTS and CSCS are required. The candidate should be able to manage on-site operations and coordinate safety and progress across this complex works package.

Qualifications

• Experience in tunnelling and shaft construction.
• Proven site leadership skills.
• Utilities or water sector experience preferred.
• SMSTS & CSCS certification required.
