Job description

Site Agent required to join leading contractor on hotel refurbishment / extension project in the Stratford area. The Site Agent would come from a site engineering background with previous experience in highways, roads, groundworks, RC works, demolition, pilling, earthworks, deep drainage, externals and construction. The Site Agent would preferably have relevant construction degree HNC or HND with SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. Site Agents with construction project experience would be an advantage. The Site Agent will be managing sub agents, engineers and foreman, ensure delivery of project on time and budget, develop relationships with clients, consultants and site personnel, ensure health and safety is enforced and all works are completed safely.
