Job summary

Linsco Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Agent for civils and infrastructure projects in the Yorkshire region. You will take ownership of on-site delivery, leading teams to complete schemes on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, including highways and public realm works.

The role offers long-term stability with a private, people-focused business; salary up to £65k, car allowance or company vehicle, plus healthcare, pension and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Agent or Site Manager in civils/infrastructure.
• Strong highways/local authority works background.
• Ability to deliver projects autonomously at Site Agent level.
• Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related discipline (HNC/HND/NVQ).
• AP, TWC, SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work certifications.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for day-to-day site operations and project delivery.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures.
• Oversee planning, programming and progress reporting.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure all documentation, permits, and RAMS are in place and adhered to.
• Drive quality and efficiency across all stages of delivery.

Due to continued success and a strong pipeline of secured work across multiple frameworks, they are looking for driven and experienced Site Agents to join their growing team in the Yorkshire region.

This is a long-term opportunity to be part of a privately owned, people-focused business delivering a wide range of civil engineering and local highways projects.

The Role

As a Site Agent, you will take full ownership of project delivery on site, leading teams to safely deliver schemes on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Typical projects include (but are not limited to):

• Local highways improvements
• Public realm works

You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered autonomously, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
