Job summary

RTL Group is seeking a Site Agent to lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and operatives on water or wastewater treatment projects. The role requires strong civil engineering knowledge and experience managing engineers, site staff, and subcontractors, with focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.

You will coordinate day-to-day site activities, liaise with clients and consultants, and prepare essential documentation including RAMS, ITPs, and TQs to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Agent on water or wastewater treatment projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering and water infrastructure works.
• Experience managing engineers, site staff, and subcontractors.
• Experience producing and managing RAMS, ITPs, and Technical Queries (TQs).
