Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a major wastewater treatment project. The role focuses on directing site engineers, supervisors, and operatives to deliver the programme safely, on time and within budget.

You will coordinate daily activities, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and oversee all project documentation. We require solid civil engineering knowledge, especially in water infrastructure, with proven experience managing site teams and preparing RAMS, ITPs

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Agent on water or wastewater projects.
• Strong civil engineering and water infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience managing engineers, site staff and subcontractors.
• Proven ability to liaise with clients and project stakeholders.
• Experience producing RAMS, ITPs and TQs.

• Experience producing and managing project documentation, including RAMS, ITPs, and Technical Queries (TQs).
