Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Agent to support major civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the Thames Water region. You will manage day-to-day site delivery, coordinate construction activities and ensure works are completed safely, on time and to NEC contract standards.

The role requires a strong background in heavy civils or infrastructure, with experience in earthworks, reinforced concrete, pipelines, drainage, utilities, highways, rail or energy

Qualifications

• This role requires strong site management experience across major civil engineering projects.
• Experience with earthworks, reinforced concrete structures, pipelines, drainage, highways, rail, or energy projects is highly relevant.
• Ability to manage activities under NEC contracts and work with engineers, subcontractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Civil Engineering & Infrastructure | Contract Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for experienced Site Agents to support the delivery of major civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the Thames Water region.

This role will involve managing day-to-day site delivery, coordinating construction activities and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with programme, quality and contractual requirements. You will work closely with engineering teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders to drive successful delivery across live construction environments.

We are looking to speak with Site Agents who have a strong background in heavy civils or infrastructure projects. Experience across earthworks, reinforced concrete structures, pipelines, drainage, utilities, highways, rail, energy or other major civil engineering schemes would be highly relevant.

The successful candidate will have strong site management experience, a good understanding of construction sequencing and be comfortable managing complex activities under NEC contracts.
