Job summary

Octavius Infrastructure is recruiting a Site Agent to join our team on Connect Plus' COFA 3 Framework, delivering enhancements across the M25. You will travel across the M25 with day, night, and weekend shifts as required.

You’ll lead on-site operations, manage programmes, supervise delivery, and ensure safety, quality and cost control across multiple schemes within our highways portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in civil engineering project delivery within the Highways sector.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts, CDM regulations, programme and risk management, and cost control.
• Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• CSCS and SMSTS cards, with NEBOSH or IOSH certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage small-scale construction sites or support larger schemes within our Highways infrastructure portfolio.
• Ensure projects are delivered to client expectations while upholding health and safety, quality, environmental impact, and cost control.

We are recruiting for a Site Agent to join us here at Octavius.

We are a leading civil engineering organisation delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions across the UK.

This role is working on Connect Plus' COFA 3 Framework, delivering improvements across the M25. Candidates need to be able to travel to all areas of the M25, as well as being able to commit to day, night and weekend shifts.

Managing small-scale construction sites or supporting larger schemes within our Highways infrastructure portfolio. You’ll ensure projects are delivered to client expectations while upholding the highest standards in health and safety, quality, environmental impact, and cost control. You’ll lead site operations, manage programmes, supervise delivery, and drive innovation and efficiency in every aspect of the build.
