Site Agent - Highways Framework Civil Engineering
Location: Must be based within 1 hour of Cambridge or willing to travel in and around this area
Salary: £65,000-£75,000 + car allowance
The Company:
We are a supportive, family-owned civil engineering business delivering a range of highways and infrastructure projects through public sector frameworks. We are currently seeking a capable and motivated Site Agent to support the successful delivery of key schemes across the Eastern Highways Alliance (EHA) Framework in the Cambridge region.
As Site Agent, you will be responsible for the on-site management and coordination of civil engineering works, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of highway and infrastructure projects. You will play a crucial role in site leadership, supporting the Project Manager in delivering works ranging from £3 million to £40 million, including both Design & Build and Build-only schemes.
