One Construction Group Ltd in Oxford is seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead the delivery of major highways and civil infrastructure projects. You will manage site teams to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget, working closely with the Project Manager and subcontractors.

The role requires proven Site Agent experience in civil engineering, leadership and strong commercial awareness to drive value and risk management across multi-discipline teams.

• Proven experience as a Site Agent within civil engineering.
• Strong background delivering highways, roads or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing project delivery.
• SMSTS and CSCS qualifications plus a valid UK driving licence.

The Role

As Site Agent, you'll take full responsibility for the successful delivery of highways and civil engineering projects, leading site teams to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, on programme and within budget.You'll work closely with the Project Manager while managing engineers, foremen and subcontractors to achieve successful project outcomes.
