About The Role…

We currently have an opportunity in our Trades Parts Xpress department and are looking for candidates eager to join the Stoneacre Family. The ideal candidate will seek to enhance their career opportunities as we continue to grow.

The position involves working in our established Administration department, ideally suited for someone wanting to learn about the motor trade while gaining transferable skills to build a strong career with Stoneacre. All while contributing towards making Stoneacre the Number One Motor Group.

An average day as an Administration Assistant…

  • Oversee a portfolio of key branch accounts.
  • Provide initial contact and administrative support to accounts and the branch.
  • Ensure all administration is completed timely and accurately, in line with business and customer requirements and SLAs to enhance customer experience.
  • Handle general customer inquiries efficiently via face-to-face, telephone, and email, ensuring satisfactory outcomes or escalation when necessary.
  • Produce detailed reports using manufacturer-based systems and communicate findings to senior management.
  • Carry out data cleansing to ensure our customer CRM database is accurate and effective.
  • Work with colleagues to review site-based activities, ensuring best practices and producing reports for senior management to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Import information and create Excel spreadsheets for analysis.
  • Distribute reports to Branch Managers, Regional Managers, and Directors.
  • Manage the 'Motability' contract, including downloading, collating, and importing statistics.
  • Receive training to audit branch procedures and processes to improve customer satisfaction.

  • Strong administration skills.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both orally and in writing, with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Active listening skills to understand and obtain information effectively.
  • Professional interaction with customers, understanding their requirements, and translating these into actions to deliver high customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical skills to gather, record, and analyze data for completeness and accuracy, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Effective control and systematic approach to tasks and interactions, supporting proper controls and processes.
  • Relationship-building skills, developing cooperative relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Technical proficiency and expertise in relevant systems and tools.
