Job description

You'll be responsible for invoicing, spreadsheet production, and general site administration, playing a vital part in the success of the project.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide comprehensive admin support to the site team, including operations and commercial departments.
  2. Assist with invoicing, processing payment applications, and tracking costs.
  3. Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for data tracking, reporting, and project metrics.
  4. Coordinate document control, filing, and distribution of key project documents.
  5. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers regarding timesheets, delivery notes, and invoices.
  6. Support health & safety documentation, site records, and compliance paperwork.
  7. Handle general administrative duties such as managing emails, meeting minutes, and scheduling.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in a similar site administration role.
  2. Strong working knowledge of Excel.
  3. Experience with invoicing processes and commercial document management.
  4. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Confident communicator with the ability to liaise at all levels.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced site environment.
Desirable:
  1. Experience on a civils or infrastructure project.
  2. Familiarity with construction management software.
  3. Knowledge of NEC contracts or construction payment processes.
