Key Responsibilities
As a trusted & focused Contract Administrator, we will look to you to be responsible for raising, processing, preparing & compiling reports from our CAFM system as well as administration of our contractor procurement agreements (CPA's), project orders, client quotations, operation & maintenance (O&M) manuals, Health & Safety folders for works, and client KPI & completion reports.
Working collaboratively, you'll also be responsible for updating and maintaining local Compliance folders, SharePoint filing system, uploading all relevant document records, sub-contractor inductions & records; liaising with Finance on sub-contractor queries; and other general administration duties to assist the Contract Team.
