TClarke Manchester is recruiting for a Site Administrator on a Fixed Term Contract of 18 months.

Requirements:

  • Secretarial and/or administrative experience
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organised and able to work on own initiative
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent team working skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong customer focus
  • Experience in the Construction Industry is desirable

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting site teams by carrying out a full range of administrative duties
  • Ensuring correct procedures are followed and all quality, health, and safety company policies are adhered to
  • Ensuring operational paperwork meets corporate standards
  • Preparing, organising, and storing information according to business policies and procedures
  • Liaising with subcontractors to ensure required training certificates are received before site inductions
  • Collating information throughout the project for O&M manuals
  • Maintaining adequate stocks of PPE and stationery
  • Serving as the initial contact for visitors to the site
  • Organising accommodation and travel arrangements
  • Managing the booking and use of meeting rooms
