Job description

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to manage all aspects of administration for a Civil Engineering project in Saltend, near Hull. This role is working in a live site environment where we are completing a 12-month contract comprising earthworks, piling, reinforced concrete structures, paving, and drainage.

The Administrator will work 18 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options. These can include 2 full days or part-time hours over 4 days (e.g., 09:00–13:30 or 10:00–14:30).

Duties include but are not limited to:
  1. Opening and distributing incoming post and emails
  2. Photocopying, scanning, and printing
  3. Answering calls and emails
  4. Coordinating deliveries to site
  5. Managing invoices and receipts
  6. Uploading documents to our in-house system and external portals
  7. Stationery orders
Skills/Background:
  1. Strong IT skills, specifically knowledge of Microsoft applications
  2. Experience working within construction is beneficial but not essential
