Site Administrator
Location: Hertford
Salary: Up to 30,000 per annum

08.30 - 17.30, Flexible working available, Overtime available


Ridgeway & Co are working with plumbing and heating contractor currently seeking a motivated and organized Site Administrator to join their dynamic team and support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day-to-day administration of operations.

  • Maintain accurate records of activities, including attendance, deliveries, and materials.

  • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other correspondence.

  • Facilitate communication between teams and suppliers.

  • Manage documentation related to health and safety compliance.

  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.

  • Assist in the procurement of materials and supplies as needed.

  • Support the team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction or plumbing and heating sector.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and documentation is a plus.

  • A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving.
