Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an enthusiastic administrator to join our Enfield Site.

  1. Experience working in a fast-paced environment as an administrator or coordinator.
  2. Excellent IT skills, including experience with various IT systems, Excel, and spreadsheets.
  3. Strong team ethic.
  4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider site team.
  5. Good relationship builder—collaborative approach, establishing credible, trusted relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels.
  6. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Strong judgment and pragmatic, common-sense approach.
  8. Attention to detail and high, consistent accuracy.
  9. Ability to plan, organise, and monitor a diverse workload.
  10. Analytical skills to handle data and generate reports effectively.

The Role

As the Site Administrator, you will thrive in a busy environment and enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be a confident communicator with good written and verbal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include taking minutes during meetings, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of discussions and decisions. You will manage stock replenishment, keeping supplies well-stocked and organised. Additionally, you will prepare presentation packs for the site leadership team, ensuring all materials are ready and professionally presented for meetings. You should be analytical and proficient in Excel for data handling and report generation.

You will need to be highly organised, able to prioritise your workload, and provide administrative support to the leadership team. Tasks include receptionist duties, supporting communication and engagement efforts, handling confidential information, and managing occupational health administrative requirements.

To succeed, you should be able to work independently, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy, managing your workload effectively to meet deadlines.
