An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented Site Administrator to support project success through effective invoicing, spreadsheet management, and comprehensive administrative assistance. This role is crucial for coordinating document control and liaising with subcontractors and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for invoicing, spreadsheet production, and general site administration, playing a vital part in the success of the project.
Provide comprehensive admin support to the site team, including operations and commercial departments.
Assist with invoicing, processing payment applications, and tracking costs.
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for data tracking, reporting, and project metrics.
Coordinate document control, filing, and distribution of key project documents.
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers regarding timesheets, delivery notes, and invoices.
Support health & safety documentation, site records, and compliance paperwork.
Handle general administrative duties such as managing emails, meeting minutes, and scheduling.
Experience on a civils or infrastructure project.
Familiarity with construction management software
Knowledge of NEC contracts or construction payment processes.
