Site Administrator Dunfermline Negotiable DOE

My client a leader in their field have an urgent opening for a Site Administrator to join their expanding operations in Scotland.

The Role:

  • Organising and maintaining site documentation, records, and data through various platforms
  • Preparing reports, meeting minutes, and handling correspondence
  • Coordinating meetings and managing site visitor logs
  • Supporting procurement and liaising with suppliers
  • Monitoring site supplies and ensuring the site office is well equipped
  • Assisting with health and safety documentation and compliance


Role requirements:

  • Experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within the Water, Utilities or Construction industries.
  • Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with all Microsoft office packages
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Understanding of construction processes and health & safety is desirable
  • You will require a full UK driving licence
