Job description

Are you an experienced administrator with great communication skills? Do you consider yourself to be reliable, organised and an asset to a busy team? Are you based in or around Coalville?

We have a fixed-term Induction Administrator role available within Holcim, Coalville. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational abilities, who is computer literate, proactive, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.

Role: Induction Administrator Location: Holcim, Coalville Rate: £12.60 per hour Contract length: 3 months (Temporary) Shift Patterns: Monday and Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out gatehouse and security duties including signing visitors in and out of site
  • Completing site inductions for hauliers and ensuring compliance with procedures
  • Providing direction and guidance to visitors on arrival
  • Maintaining general housekeeping standards across the site
  • Enforcing and implementing site safety rules and reporting incidents to the Supervisor
  • Replenishing stock levels in the weighbridge area
  • General administrative tasks and record-keeping
Essential requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate with good administrative abilities
  • Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions
  • Good timekeeping and reliability
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach to tasks
Desirable requirements:
  • Driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Previous experience in a similar industrial or logistics environment
