About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse to join our Trauma and Orthopaedic team in a 32-bed ward (T7). This fast-paced, supportive environment cares for patients recovering from orthopaedic surgeries. You will be part of a collaborative team including our Ward Manager, nurses, coordinators, doctors, therapists, and specialist nurses, all committed to patient-centered care.

As a Sister/Charge Nurse, you will mentor and lead nursing staff, ensuring high standards of care. In your role as Nurse in Charge, you will coordinate and delegate nursing care, prioritizing patient safety and effective management.
