About the Role

We are seeking a Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse to support our Stamford Unit, focusing on rehabilitation and complex discharge needs. This is a permanent part-time position (36 hours/week), offering a competitive salary of £37,338 - £44,962 pro rata per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide professional and clinical leadership within the unit, supporting the Unit Manager.
  2. Lead on discharge planning and ensure high standards of nursing care.
  3. Support team development and promote a positive, learning environment.
  4. Ensure patient safety and quality standards are maintained.
Qualifications and Experience
  • RGN with current NMC registration.
  • Previous experience in relevant specialty and working in a multidisciplinary team.
Skills and Attributes
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and team working abilities.
  • Knowledge of risk management, infection control, and clinical governance.
