A healthcare organization in Dartford is seeking a qualified nurse to join their Interventional Radiology team. The successful candidate will take advanced roles in patient care, support clinics, and oversee junior staff. Candidates must be registered nurses with relevant experience in radiology or acute care settings. To take an advanced role in the activities within the Radiology departments, in specialized areas as required, maintaining a high standard of care at all times. You will be expected to work autonomously, organize the running of clinics, as well as scrub duties and recovery.
To assist in booking patient lists and pre-admission assessment of patients. To deputize for the Sister when required and to supervise junior staff.
To communicate effectively with internal and external agencies. To undertake Continuing Professional Development.
To adhere to Trust and Departmental policies and procedures.
