Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical care, acting as a senior point of support for complex or deteriorating patients.
• Coordinate daily clinical activity and ensure safe staffing levels, skill mix, and continuity of care.
• Allocate and supervise staff during shifts, ensuring responsibilities are clearly defined and patient needs are met.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with NMC and organisational standards.
• Act as a key liaison for patients, families, consultants, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with the coordination of admissions, discharges, and patient flow within the department.

Sister - Charge Nurse - Pre Assessment - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: Up to £43,250.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for an Sister to join their team of staff in the Pre Assessment department.

This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties of this role include:
