Sister/Charge Nurse - Haematology/Oncology

We are seeking an inspiring and proactive Sister/Charge Nurse to join our outstanding Haematology/Oncology team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work within our esteemed cancer care centre, renowned for its excellence in treating complex haematological conditions and advancing patient-centred care through innovation. As a Sister/Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in guiding a skilled team of SACT nurses and Healthcare Assistants, ensuring each patient receives personalised and holistic care. The position is full-time, with 37.5 hours per week of engaging work.

What you will do:

* Lead and manage the nursing team to ensure high standards of patient care.

* Coordinate and oversee patient assessments and treatment plans in collaboration with the medical team.

* Maintain and enhance the competency of staff through mentoring and development programs.

* Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and maintain a safe, effective, and efficient working environment.

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive cancer care.

* Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
