A prominent healthcare provider in Cambridge is seeking a full-time Sister/Charge nurse for Ward G3. The role involves leading the ward team, ensuring patient care, and maintaining flow. An exciting opportunity for a permanent Sister/Charge nurse post has become available on Ward G3. Ward G3 is a 27 bedded General Medical Ward. We are looking for a highly motivated enthusiastic registered nurse with a minimum of 18 months post-registration experience to support the band 7 Senior Sister in leading and supporting the teams on the ward. We can offer you the opportunity to develop your management and leadership skills and also develop your knowledge and skills in caring for patients with a variety of general medical conditions. This post involves a full range of shifts, including nights and weekends and will require participation in the nurse bleep holder rota. This is a full-time position.
You will act as a role model for the Trust values, set a standard in providing exceptional patient care and assist the Senior Sister in delivering targets set for the ward. Your role will involve taking charge of the unit, ensuring safe effective patient care is delivered and maintaining patient flow.
