Job Opportunity: Senior Sister/Charge Nurse in Emergency Department

We are seeking to recruit a dedicated and experienced Emergency Department Nurse to join our esteemed team of Band 7 Sisters/Charge Nurses. This role involves leading our talented team of Emergency Nurses in our new, purpose-built Emergency Department.

We support our staff with comprehensive educational development through our departmental education team and foster an active coaching environment. Additionally, we offer a Band 7 development package for new staff within the Emergency Department.

Candidate Requirements
  1. Experience as a Band 6 Nurse within ED
  2. Strong commitment to delivering excellent patient care in a busy department
  3. Ability to work within local and national targets
  4. Excellent communication and time management skills
  5. Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team
